Emergency Ambulance Service
This is the most basic form of ambulance service offered by our company, it is an almost identical to the service provided by Government Ambulance Service and NGO Service provider. The only difference is in the "Response Time", Mahamas Ambulance will response faster then any other Ambulance Service Provider.
However, this service is only available for selected locations only due to "Response Time" limitation. For now, the service is available at these locations only:-
- Kuala Lumpur and Surrounding Area - Ambulance is despatched from our Main Office in Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur
- Melaka - Ambulance is despatched from our Melaka Branch
Medical Transfer Service
This is a more advance form of ambulance service offered by our company. Basically, we provide emergency and non-emergency medical transfer service to any locations throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and even to Thailand. Upon request, we will equip our ambulance with advance life-support equipments that would help to prolong the patient’s life. Please refer to our Ambulance Medical Equipments list for the complete items on our ambulance equipments.
Aside from the equipment, the strong point of our service is our dedicated personnels. As all of our ambulance is well equipped with the standard and essential equipments, we have ensure that our personnels had been properly trained to use these equipments in administering immediate and life sustaining emergency medical treatments if the need ever arise.

- Home to Private Medical Centre Transfer Service and vice versa

Ambulance Standby Service
This is another advance form of ambulance service offered by Mahamas Ambulance. This service is aim more toward preventive measure taken by the organizer and owner of an establishment. Mahamas Ambulance based on request and contract will provide ambulance and medical crew coverage for any unforeseen medical emergency at the designated locations. In basic term, we will setup and prepare advance first aid base and provide emergency medical transportation to the nearest medical centre should the need ever arise.
